Returns
We want you to have success with SaferWave goods. Please be aware of the following returns conditions.

The following policy applies:

- Phone and PC harmonisers - these are installed on the device and cannot be removed. For this reason they are non-returnable unless it has not been used and is still in its original packaging.

How to Return An Item:
- Contact us to request an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) form.
- Complete and return the form (we must receive this form no later than 10 days after provision of the RMA form and less than 20 days of the despatch date of the item).
- Send the goods back to us, using recorded delivery tracking and advised RMA number.
- SaferWave Ltd will assess the goods and if undamaged, will issue a pay pal refund. If goods are damaged we will discuss the issue with you before issuing a refund.


Our Warranty
Listed products are fully warranted. Defects in product should be advised via a RMA form. If the goods are faulty then they will be replaced.


Cancelling your order
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product or wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please email us to cancel your order within 2 hours of ordering, with the subject heading ‘Urgent Order Cancellation’.

Prices and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. All prices are in € pounds sterling unless otherwise noted.

Shipping

SaferWave generally ships by post office services which vary according to goods value and country. Shipping method is advised during the order placement process.. For overseas orders we reserve the right to contact you if we feel that a more secure shipping method is required. All orders are processed within 48 working hours of receipt. Delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a confirming email when your order is received or shipped.
Please make sure that you provide us with a correct email and shipping address. Post office boxes are not acceptable. SaferWave is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If your email address is not correct you will not receive confirmation emails from us.

Email Address/User ID
You must provide a valid, traceable email address. In the event that the email address is not valid, we reserve the right not to process your order. Please make sure that you do not ban incoming emails or you will not receive confirmation emails.


Damaged parcels
SaferWave Ltd makes every effort to ensure that your order will arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, please save the box/packaging and contact us immediately. All return/damage inquiries must be made (via email) within 2 business days of receiving your order and the RMA process followed.

VAT
SaferWave Ltd. is VAT registered in the UK, where the current rate (2011) is 20%.

Price Validity
All product prices are valid to 1 December 2012.

If your session is inactive for more than 20 minutes, items placed in your shopping cart may be deleted due to time-out. This time limit varies and has to do with cookies on your computer. To avoid deletion of items in your shopping cart due to time-out, simply refresh the page or click on any item/button during the 20 minutes, and your time-out time will be reset. To shop on this site or any other ecommerce website, you need to allow cookies.

Return/Refund Policy

Product returns for other reasons

There are occasions when products are incorrectly or inappropriately ordered. Products when opened and removed from packaging lose their sale value. Preparation for sales and restocking is an expense and postage cost is not recoverable. Products are supplied tape sealed. All offers below are subject to revision if the goods are damaged and not sellable as new. BEP Technology Ltd will receive goods returns on the following basis:


Category 1 Goods unused and in original packaging
You must notify SaferWave within the earlier of 4 days of receipt or 10 days after shipping to a UK/European address by email. You will receive an RMA (Return Materials Advice) which need not accompany the return but must be received by email within 10 working days after provision of the RMA and less than 20 days of the despatch date of the item. You are responsible for the return postage which must be tracked, signed for and cover the purchase cost of the unit. There is a 30% restocking charge.


Category 2 Goods unused but removed from packaging
Refund will be evaluated according to goods condition and will be subject to a minimum restocking charge of 30% if resalable and approx. 50 % if saleable only as used item.


Category 3 Goods used but no longer wanted
No refund is available.

VAT
SaferWave Ltd. is a VAT registered company in the UK. As such SaferWave must charge the prevailing rate of VAT for all supplies in Europe. This is included during checkout. Outside Europe SaferWave is not obliged to charge VAT and this is not included. The responsibility for import taxes, local taxes etc, is the responsibility of the buyer. The full invoiced value is declared on the customs documentation for supplies outside Europe.

SHIPPING

SaferWave ships in methods selected to optimize delivery security. Countries vary in tracking facilities.
The following lists the normal dispatch method and nominal delivery times. Note that at special times e.g. Christmas there may be delays.
